CANCELLATION POLICY

**Please cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time. No call/No shows will NOT be tolerated and will be charged 100% of your service fee** **If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you must call/text shop at 425-686-8146. Being late can push my entire schedule and run into another appointment time which is not fair to them or myself**
